Wedding Wednesday | Samantha Mash | A St.Francisville Wedding

Samantha and Wes tied the knot during their beautiful ceremony this past May in St. Francisville, Louisiana. The lovely couple had a small ceremony at Afton Villa Gardens, followed by an intimate dinner at The St. Francisville Inn. The McDonalds did an amazing job of capturing their sweet, fun loving personalities!

Bridal Beauty Prep

Tina with Verde Beauty Studio did a wonderful job of achieving the “simple but pretty” look Samantha asked for, with her soft curls slightly pulled back and soft, neutral makeup with a pop of color on her lips!

Samantha, like many other brides this year, encountered a few hiccups in the planning process due to Covid. Here at Verde we are so grateful to have a large team of artists so that we were able to make adjustments and still be a part of her special day!

Ruth with Verde Beauty Studio assisted with prepping the bridesmaids for Sam’s big day in a gorgeous suite at The St. Francisville Inn. The bride’s 4 year old niece even joined in on “playing dress up with the big girls”…isn’t she precious?!

Its All in the Details

Samantha and Wes brought soil from each of their parents’ homes to use in the unity tree planting. This ceremony is used to symbolize the joining together of two individuals or the joining of two families.

Samantha’s date and guest count may have changed, but that didn't stop her from doing what was most important…marrying the love of her life!

Following a small, but sweet, ceremony at Afton Villa Gardens, Samantha and Wes enjoyed a beautifully intimate dinner at The St. Francisville Inn with their closest friends and family.
