Wedding Wednesday | Farah Shabnam | Ruston Wedding

Farah and Imran got married at a unique two day ceremony in Ruston, Louisiana this past spring. Their Bangladeshi-American Style wedding and every beautiful detail was captured by Emily Starling Photography.

We were so excited to be a part of this special event - Tina, our lead artist and CEO of Verde Beauty Studio traveled to the small town of Ruston, LA to personally do this beautiful brides hair and makeup. Tina truly captured her heritage from her hair to her makeup and coordinated perfectly with her dress and jewelry.

Our not so perfect, PERFECT Love Story…

A roadtrip started our story back in Easter of 2015 . We were polar opposites, but we liked hanging out. He taught me table tennis; while I taught him swim strokes. We were like peas and carrots at every event we attended. While I was not enjoying the bumpy ride of my life, he held my hand and was always there as my cheerleader.
However, like all relationships, ours was not always smooth. It was confusing, full of drama, we even ended it couple of times. We both moved on, but he always had faith that I would come back. In my words, "He used to jump up and down to marry me"! While trying to move on, every time I dated someone else, I realized I was finding him in them.
I realized it was him I was meant to be with. and finally I said "Yes!" to him on February 14th , 2019!
The rest is history! We got married on June 6th, and we are currently doing great!
